The Ironwood Gallery is a unique venue whose reason for being is to blur the line of what is traditionally thought of as fine art versus contemporary craft. The gallery features the one-of-a-kind work of emerging and mid-career artists in a variety of media including painting, sculpture (in glass, wood, metal, and ceramics), non-traditional jewelry and fiber, and studio furniture. The gallery owners, Betsy Halliday and Richard Herrmann, traded in careers in their Manhattan-based graphic design firm to allow them to have daily contact with the type of art they've always enjoyed and collected. about ordering live chat gallery hours subscribe |
